Pea Curry

Bummer.  Blogger ate my last posts.  Maybe because I posted this delicious curry recipe?  I like this sauce because the base is peas, which contribute a decent amount of protein.


Please Pass the Peas Curry 
1 10 oz bag frozen peas
1 1/2 cup peeled carrots
1/2 cup hemp seeds
1 cup coconut water
1/8 cup coconut aminos
1 date
2 tsp curry
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp coriander
1/2 tsp tumeric
1/4 tsp cayenne
2 tbsp coconut oil


If you add enough tumeric it looks pretty (and not like baby barf).

  2. I loved peas as a kid too, Elizabeth. I would (and still do, given the opportunity) spend hours eating peas straight off the stalk in my parents garden. Mmmmm.
